From what I see, the 10$+ patrons got it Aug 26, the rest of the patrons got it Sept 9, and a hotfix was issued Sept 15. Since this is a really big update (combat system changed completely), I would assume they want to playtest it a good amount before releasing it on newgrounds. My guess would be 2 weeks from today.
